7. Warranties and Disclaimers

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- SRAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
- THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SRAR, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including confidentiality obligations, intellectual property rights, and limitation of liability.

Our services may include integrations with or links to third-party services and websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
12.2 Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.

14. General Provisions

- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect
- Waiver: No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent
